Secretariat for MEP Interest Group in Life Course Immunisation
Executive Summary
SEHP has served as the Secretariat for the MEP Interest Group in Life Course Immunisation (LCI), in partnership with the Coalition for Life Course Immunisation (CLCI). From its inception, we have led communications, stakeholder management, and strategic direction - growing the group from a single call to action into a cross-party collective of four MEPs and more than 20 supporting EU institutions and NGOs.
Objectives

Approach & Methodology
Strategic Communications:
We developed a communications framework that amplified the mission of LCI, securing political and civil society engagement at EU level.
Stakeholder Coordination:
SEHP led MEP coordination and engagement strategy, expanding membership and building cross-party relationships.
Policy Alignment & Messaging:
We worked closely with CLCI and affiliated researchers to translate scientific insight into compelling policy narratives and advocacy campaigns.
Operational Secretariat Management:
Our team supported every function from meeting facilitation to political briefings and strategy development.
