SEHP partnered with Community Bridges C.I.C. to support the launch of their community-led social prescribing magazine and the growth of their grassroots presence in Peckham and surrounding areas. This collaboration helped establish a stronger narrative, broaden stakeholder outreach, and improve visibility through strategic content and evaluation tools.

Approach & Methodology

Evaluation Planning:
We co-developed a robust evaluation framework to help Community Bridges assess its effectiveness and inform future programming.

Narrative & Stakeholder Mapping:
By creating a compelling organisational narrative and stakeholder map, we clarified roles, priorities, and influence networks to drive engagement.

Outreach Strategy & Message Alignment:
We refined stakeholder messaging and aligned communications with available data, ensuring consistent, data-informed advocacy.

Content Production:

Our team created multi-channel content to enhance Community Bridges' visibility and reinforce their position in the social enterprise and community health sectors.
