Amplifying Influence in Vaccine Policy: Strategic Thought Leadership and Advocacy for CLCI

Executive Summary

 

In partnership with the Coalition for Life Course Immunisation (CLCI), SEHP delivered a multi-layered advocacy and communications initiative aimed at strengthening CLCI’s influence in the European vaccine policy ecosystem. Through expert co-creation of policy content, stakeholder engagement, and high-profile thought leadership efforts, the project supported sustained visibility and authority for CLCI across policy and academic platforms.

 

Objectives

 

• Support CLCI in producing authoritative, actionable position papers.

• Build recognition for CLCI as a key influencer in vaccine policy discourse.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and multi-channel communications to amplify message reach.

Approach & Methodology

Co-creation of Position Papers:
SEHP facilitated research, writing, and editorial development of CLCI’s core vaccine policy positions, ensuring scientific rigour and practical relevance.

Stakeholder Mapping & Outreach:
Targeted engagement with policymakers, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups helped gain broad alignment and traction across the EU policy landscape.

Thought Leadership & Visibility:
We developed and executed a communication strategy that included presenting at international health conferences, contributing to academic journals, and supporting media engagement.
