What we did

Our collaboration with CLCI centred on amplifying their voice and influence in the vaccine policy space.

1. Co-creation of Position Papers: We spearheaded the co-creation and development of CLCI's position papers, ensuring they were comprehensive and actionable.

2. Stakeholder Engagement: Through strategic outreach and engagement, we secured broad stakeholder buy-in, reinforcing the credibility and reach of CLCI's initiatives.

3. Digital Communications Enhancement: Recognizing the power of digital platforms, we developed a multi-faceted digital communication strategy for CLCI. This included launching a podcast, leveraging social media for outreach, and creating impactful digital reports to disseminate information widely.

4. Thought Leadership Support: Beyond the position papers, we bolstered CLCI's stature as a thought leader in the European vaccine policy space through various initiatives, including sessions at global conferences, publications, and communication strategies.
